Prices include: Gas central heating, our own freshly laundered bed linen, towels, tea towels, wi-fi broadband and a private parking for one car. Unfortunately, due to safety the cottage is not suitable for children under the age of (THREE). Sorry, no pets are allowed to stay and the cottage is a non smoking property.
Please note that booking this cottage through other websites will incur booking fees and higher charges.

High season changeover day is on a SATURDAY.
The cottage is thoroughly cleaned and made ready for you with our own freshly laundered linen and towels.
During the main summer holiday season the cottage is available to book for 7 nights only.
You can book flexible nights during the ‘out of the season period’ from November to March.
Keys for the cottage will be available from our wall-safe by the door. You can arrive anytime after 3 pm on the start date of your holiday.
SHORT BREAKS of 3 nights or 4 nights are available from first week of November to 21st March (excluding Christmas, New Year & Bank Holidays).
Minimum of 7 nights at during the Summer season.
3 nights: £375 (during the out of season period)
4 nights: £420 (during the out of season period)
The cottage is available all year round.
